Incomplete order received, unresponsive customer service

I received an incomplete order and have been trying to reach out for over a week with no response. It's disappointing to not receive the items I paid for and to have my concerns ignored. I have shopped from many Instagram stores, but have never experienced such horrible customer care service. Sadly I won't be making any purchases from them in the future. I hope the company takes steps to improve its responsiveness and ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly in the future.
